How long does it take?

Custom orders usually take 2-4 weeks, depending on the quantity and any personalisation or handmade items. Ready-to-Ship Boxes are dispatched within 1-3 days, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.

How much is shipping?

Orders can be shipped to a single location or multiple addresses. Shipping details will be finalised during the quotation stage to avoid any surprises. We use Royal Mail or a courier, depending on the order. Ready-to-Ship Boxes include free shipping!

What if I want to add something that’s not listed in the catalogue?

No problem! Let us know your ideas, and we will check with our extensive network of suppliers. With so many options available, it is impossible to include everything in our catalogue. However, Ready-to-Ship Boxes cannot be customised.

Can I adjust how many items I want to meet my budget?

Absolutely! We will create the perfect custom gift to suit your budget.

What if something is damaged on arrival?

We understand that transit conditions are sometimes beyond our control. To resolve this, we will send a replacement as soon as possible (subject to availability). If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund. Rest assured, we take great care in securely packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can items be personalised?

Some items in custom orders can be personalised, and the lead time for these will typically be 2-4 weeks, depending on the quantity ordered and the complexity of the personalisation.

Are there any hidden costs?

We pride ourselves on complete transparency, so there are no hidden costs for custom boxes. During the quotation stage and before finalising the order, we will agree on all the details with you, providing a clear list of the final products. We will also keep you updated regularly on the production progress of your custom boxes, right up until they are shipped.

I have ordered a couple of items now both for personal gifts and also for a larger orders for business offsites. I have found Cadeau super helpful really knowledgable and with a real extra personalised touch. Everyone who has received one of our gifts has truly been blown away. Halloween Gift Box

I ordered the “Halloween Themed Gift Box” for my sister as her birthday always is Halloween themed and she absolutely loved it! These boxes are the types of gifts you can build memories on; we sat cuddled up in the blanket, made the hot chocolate and watched “Hocus Pocus” together 😋 The gift boxed was so beautifully packaged you could tell this wasn’t a factory job - this was made with love and care.. It got her in the Halloween mood perfectly just as I was expecting and delivery was very quick. The owner was very sweet and responsive to my questions before I bought it too,, Highly recommend 🎃👻
